My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect for attending the Grizzlies game and exploring Beale Street. The rooms were quiet and luxurious, with a spectacular view. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful staff members. However, the dining experience was not as expected as the room service breakfast was not honored. Overall, a great value for the amenities provided.

I had a love-hate experience at this hotel. The rooms smelled good and were clean, but the lack of parking or valet service at such a high cost was disappointing. The proximity to Beale Street made it exceptionally noisy at 3 pm.
